Terms of payment
- All reservations are required to be guaranteed by minimum deposit 30 % of the total amount for all optional tours exclude accommodation and deposit minimum 50 % for tour packages include accommodation and pay for the rest of balance on the date of arrival or date of service.
Remark: Phuket Fantasea and Simon Cabaret show pay full amount for guarantee the seats available.
- Official confirmation code and tour vouchers must be issued by “Mari Tour Phuket”
- All rates are only in Thai Baht currency.
- All the rates are inclusive of 7% Tax and 10% Service charges for booking.
- Children aged 11 and older are considered as adult price, free of charge of child age 3 years old or below.
- All the bookings must be confirmed by email, official letter, and tour voucher, booking form or fax only. (No guarantee for booking made by phone or MSN.)
Cancellation and refundable
Tour Package with accommodation:
- No charge will be levied on cancellation made more than 30 day(s) prior to the Check-In Date in peak season (from 1 November to 31 January) or during Chinese New year and Thai New year festival. Refundable will be charged for money transfer fees.
- Cancellation made less than 15 day(s) in high season (from 1st October to 31st October, from 1 February to 30th April) and green season (from 1st May to 30th September) will be charged 50% from the total amount of deposit.
- Cancellation made between 0 day and 7 day(s) will be charged 100% from the deposit payment.
Remark: “Mari Tour Phuket” reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time, for any reason or depending on the hotel’s policies.
Tour option without accommodation:
- Cancellation 2 days before date of service charge 50 % from the total price.
- Cancellation on the date of service charge 100% from the total price.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of the deposit payment.
- Charge 200 THB. /person/ time for amendment the booking on the date of service.
- No charge for the booking amends 1 day before date of service.
- No any charge in case of the trips could not run if bad weather or any reason. You will get refund full amount of deposit payment.
How to book?

Step 3: Fill information in the booking form
Step 4: Click at "paysbuy" and choose the type of your credit card company. We accept VISA, Master card and American Express. Fill the true information to complete your book by payment 30 % of the total price.
Step 5: Save your transaction code for refers in any inconvenience cases.
Step 6: Print out our official confirmation tour voucher to show to our staff on your date of service.
Remark: There is no any surcharge for credit card payment.
